A repeat client looking to downsize. This long term Durango family embraced the next phase into empty nesting. Sharing time between DGO and HI this in-town retreat allows for easy, lock-it and forget-it vacations. Sun filled space, warm, natural materials, solar power generation with ultra high efficient heating and cooling with an over-top high performance insulation package. We got to incorporate sculptural timber elements and build around the owners growing art collection.
