Agave has designed and constructed several living communities within Durango city limits. Each community is thoughtfully designed to complement the landscape of its location and to meet the lifestyle needs of the residents. Our concept of community is one that welcomes neighborhood interaction, while still providing privacy. The homes are crafted and designed for functionality and beauty, with a premium on mindful use of space rather than overly large square footage. We intentionally choose locations that are in the heart of our town to support walking neighborhoods and easy access to bike trails for commuting or recreation.
