The Day House Custom Home

Abandoned and neglected for decades this landmark home was completely reimagined to create a one-of-a-kind river front family home. Full of modern systems and features, this homes exterior still looks as though it was new in 1880. This was an adaptive reuse of one of the oldest homes in Durango. A subsequent visit build a hobbit-esque landscape with 4- season colors, exquisite stairs to the river and a boulder surrounded outdoor fire pit.
