With financing in place, permits pulled, and a design agreed to, the Agave team gets to work on the construction phase. Typically taking between 10 and 18 months, construction of your custom home remodel is the most exciting time – because you’ll see how a paper design becomes a three-dimensional reality, bringing your dream home to life.
Agave works diligently to make sure the finished product exceeds your expectations – from the flooring of every bathroom to the landscaping in every corner of the yard. Every home we build comes with a standard one-year warranty, although the Agave team works with clients to ensure total satisfaction with their new home.
