Pua (Hawaiian for flower) is the second of two homes at Agave Gardens and Agave’s entry in the 2026 Durango Parade of Homes. The main floor is social and sophisticated — a kitchen that looks as good empty as full, opening through floor-to-ceiling glass to the outdoors. The primary is a private retreat. Upstairs, a lounge and two bedrooms make a zone that evolves with whoever lives here. The fully independent ADU adds the flexibility this town demands: rental income, aging parents, returning students, or a private office. If you visited during the Parade, this is what the placard couldn’t tell you.

About the Builder — Agave

Agave designed and built Pua as a spec home: every decision made by Agave’s own team. Ground broke in late summer 2025; the home completes Fall 2026, just ahead of Parade weekend. The result reflects what Agave believes good building looks like in Durango right now.
